The Alpine Estate: mountain views, a private swim spa and space for 16

Spend the evening beside the great-room fireplace with wooded mountains beyond the tall windows, or head downstairs for a game of pool. The Alpine Estate is a luxury five-bedroom Killington home with 6,000 square feet across multiple levels. Its separate gathering spaces let your group share a house without sharing every plan.

Meals worth staying in for

The large kitchen has a broad island, substantial range and generous counters. The dining table and wet bar sit between the kitchen and great room; a separate breakfast nook is ready for an earlier start. Outdoors, a built-in grill, dining table and lounge seating make the deck another place to spend the evening.

Your own spa terrace

The private outdoor swim spa looks toward the mountains, with fire-pit chairs nearby. Spa use is included for peak ski-season weekends from late December to mid-March. An optional $195 setup fee applies at other times.

Games and quieter corners

The lower lounge has pool, foosball and a card table, plus seating beside a fireplace. There is also a separate arcade room. Televisions, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and gear-storage areas support a longer stay.

Private ski shuttle

On ski days starting Christmas Week, the free scheduled private shuttle makes three morning trips from the house to the lifts and two afternoon returns. It serves Snowshed, Rams Head and K1 Lodges. Confirm the current timetable before departure; schedules and service may vary. Additional private trips from the house to the ski lifts and town are available for an extra charge.

Guests can save on ski and snowboard rentals through our local partners and access a limited number of discounted Killington lift tickets.
