Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living space with a gas fireplace, perfect for snuggling up with a good book or gathering with friends and family for some quality time. The living room also features a comfortable sofa and chairs, a large flat-screen TV with streaming services, and high-speed WiFi throughout the condo. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and features a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up a delicious feast. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats six comfortably, or head outside to the balcony to dine al fresco while taking in the views of the surrounding mountains. When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Outdoor pool open June to September.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
